I have had the best customer service delivered from Plantool Hire at the Kettering branch. All Staff were friendly, welcoming and understanding. They showed me how to use the equipment as I did not know how to start a generator. No questions went unanswered and they went above and beyond to make sure I was all set and ready for my party. I will be recommending this company to anyone that requires any tool or equipment to hire.

Paul and his staff are great to deal with.Always had what I need at good prices, and kit always looks new. Just down the road from me, so lucky to have such a service on the doorstep (so far have hired mini digger, rotavator, whacker plate, no issues with any of them. Friendly and helpful.

Absolutely exceptional customer service from all the staff at the Kettering Branch. They went out of their way to help me when another company let me down. The equipment was superior quality to others and very useable too. Another thing worth noting was that they didn’t patronise or speak condescendingly to me, being female, and a member of the public rather than trade!Thank you very much for all your help. Much appreciated. We will be coming to you again. I wouldn’t bother with any other company!

Proper professional quality equipment! Plantool sorted me out with equipment that worked properly at very short notice after a larger national chain had let me down with stuff that was not up to the job. They also have some specialised machines like the multi disc sander I hired that you can't get elsewhere. Daniel and his staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall excellent service, I will be coming here for all future hire needs.

We have worked with Plantool for a number years now on several projects. We wouldn’t use anyone else - the service is fantastic, and the staff are always very professional and friendly. Their high level of experience really shows, and they are reasonably priced too.
