Even they don't deserve one star. A smart meter was installed on my property and that said it will be active in two weeks. My house is now running without gas in this peak winter time and I have a 13 years old kid. Called their customer service number and had to drop my call after nearly 50 minutes because just the music was running on the other side.Horrible company and their customer services.

i am giving them 1 star because we've had none stop problems with them, first we wanted to switch to monthly payments so we switched to them and they said it would take 2 weeks to get that sorted. we kept ringing and ringing every 2 weeks and they said that it needed to go to back office to deal with the information on our account because they got that wrong. we rang them again and the information wasn't switched over so we had to wait another 2 weeks and keep in mind we have a 6 month old at this time so we needed the electric. Then they wanted us to wait another 2 weeks to get the information changed on our account. It's been 2 months since they was suppose to put us on monthly payment and we are still on prepayment meter trying to switch to another company. I would NOT recommend this energy supplier to anyone.

Do not care about costumer at all I’ve recently swapped this month and already encountered problem and there in no rush to help even though on venerable register no electricity supply at the min and they said 4 hour wait which has no turned into 6 when my child has asthma and no air is cold due to no boiler all I can say is DISGUSTING

Am with Bulb yet Scottish Power have managed to create a account in someone elses name and have transferred my energy supply away from Bulb and to themselves there a true nightmare refusing to give back my account as it's no longer in my name, I have to prove now who I am this is the worst energy supplier out there I really do not understand how there still trading!!!They deserve minus stars but this site doesn't allow this - in excess of 30 minutes wait no matter what time you ring I have been on HOLD almost 2 hours Scottish Power I dare you to answer this??? - says it all No quality of customer service

A nightmare to work with them.they tried to charge me for the electricity four months before I moved in a new apartment, it took me a few weeks and numerous phone calls to be able to change their system"(yet I am not paid for doing all the accounting work and paper work for them. and if you are not careful

We never used to have any problem with them until I decided to go paperless, biggest mistake that was. Got a text message saying bill £105 so I pays in £125, came out of my bank account to Scottish power, although they received it, it hasn't registered as paid in my bills app.. so I've been virtually getting threatening emails and texts to pay a bill off them. Tried the chat bot, useless. Tried phoning, useless. Said they'd reply to my email, nothing now.. that was a week ago. So I paid the £105 bill plus the £20 extra charges on top.. All they want is their money, not interested in customer, really sad to see. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone after this experience.if only they had a shop you could go in to sort these things out but it's all online now and these places say we don't need our shop's in the High street..erm, yes you do ..

What a joke - I left a house 6 months ago and have just got a bill after all that time. It claims I owe them around £77, even though this is what they refunded me at that time due to overpayments! Now they want it back - but with no explanation?? I've tried to call - constantly in a queue, I've tried the chat, robot cut me off twice and then I gave up after 20 minutes of inactivity from operator.Emails gone unanswered after 4/5 days, the call back appointment with the complaints department I was promised after I did get to speak to an operator did not happen, so back on the email/phone trying to resolve their mistake - life is too short to waste your time with a company like this!Save yourself the hassle, go with another provider, these guys just make mistakes and ignore customers when you try to get it sorted, I've spent hours on this and am so fed up I'm posting this review!

Absolutely shocking, don't go with these people. Over 1 year since a death in the family to get money owed, how sick are they to send a cheque numerous times in the name of dead person. Hopefully I'll leave them soon.I really hope the employees can experience what what we've been through following a death of close relative and they suffer as much as us for £160, as a result of incompetent utility companies.We also had MP involved and ombudsman.

BEWARE! Abysmal company.Despite many reading - photos of readings - with dates in the pic - they still overcharged me by more than £3000 - and refused to let me complain - sent me many debt collector notices by letter and email - it has been an absolute nightmare...Finally - 4 months later - I managed to make a complaint and get them to admit it was their fault and the debt stopped - they have offered me £45 for my stress and costs....the complaint is not over....!
