my partner and I have been eating at Sushi Tasty for the past two years now and the quality of service, food, and overall atmosphere hasn't changed one bit. the staff are incredibly friendly and inviting and the food itself is indescribably good.the only thing that has changed is the location of the venue itself, now being able to fit their high demand for customers. please pay this place a visit if you're ever considering some sushi, ramen, gyōza, a bento, or any other tasty food, I couldn't recommend it more! I'm a little bit late on this review; I went in 2 days ago and told myself I really should write this on the bus ride back home, but I instead fell asleep. So here I am, two days later, writing it from my pc.Let's start off by saying the atmosphere is gorgeous; very well-lit and cozy with cute little maneki-neko's (beckoning cats) at the entrance to greet you. The staff, namely Nancy, is a sweetheart also and very talkative, though I must forgive her with English evidently not being her first language, but it is pretty good.So when I sat down, I got to try some Oolong Tea for the first time. I'm normally not a fan of hot drinks, especially not tea, but I was pleasantly surprised by it not being as bitter as I thought, which made it really refreshing given how cold it is at this time of year.As for the food, it seems that what you order tends to come out in reverse order, as I ordered Seafood Ramen last but got it first. Not too sure why, but no complaints from me anyway; I don't think any course should strictly come first personally.Anyway, I ordered takoyakis, a staple street dish in Japan, and a favourite of mine at another place I regularly visit in my home town, and, just like my regular place, lovely inside, not too heavy on the octopus, and a lightly sweet sauce to boot. However I will say that there was a little too much bonito flakes for my liking, could do with being a little less, but otherwise, no fault.Next was a prawn dragon roll, which, due to being full, I couldn't eat all of, so I took home, alongside and had the next morning, but of what I had there and then, and also after, it was a lot larger than I expected, but boy was it succulent, though I didn't get any wasabi or pickled ginger with it. I guess you have to ask. I'll remember that for when I bring my friends.I also had a salmon dish that wasn't on the menu, and I forgot the name of, but regardless, it was some of the most buttery salmon I have ever eaten; it practically melts in your mouth. Stuffs to die for, holy cr*p. I'll definitely be ordering that again if I see it on the menu.Lastly, the main dish, the seafood Ramen. I asked for a spicy broth and yes, it was indeed spicy. I'm ashamed I couldn't quite finish it; I had a little broth left, a broccoli tree, some string beans and maybe a noodle or two. This was insanely rich in vegetables and the seafood was really soft, though I am a little sad that the typical half egg wasn't part of the dish as you tend to see those in Ramen dishes, but otherwise, perfect dish, and I couldn't recommend enough.Overall, an excellent new place. They only opened 2 or 3 months ago, and I hope this can reach out to a wide audience and give them some much-needed recognition in Preston. At the time I was there, they didn't have a working card machine so you can only pay by cash or bank transfer, where Nancy will provide bank details. At first I was a little sketched out but not enough to be deterred as I would've been a fool to think otherwise, and it all passed through as intended. I will hopefully be returning again in the new year with two of my friends. Cheers!

The food was excellent and they were so nice and attentive. The second we needed anything, they were there to help. The eel on the sushi was easily the best eel I've ever had. My partner had chicken katsu curry and he said it was so good. We'll be returning!
