So pleased to find we were staying around half an hour from the warehouse. Took dog to be fitted for the ruffwear harness that we wanted, excellent service, lovely people, really efficient. Thank you Team Mountaindog!

The server was very helpful and knowledgeable about what dog harnesses were suitable. Did not force a sale and advised us to bring the dogs back for a fitting to ensure we got exactly the right ones

went in store to get a specific harness, they got it and fitted it to my dog very helpful.the shop is very small but has all the harnesses and the DNA line and some toys and treats

Went in looking for a harness. Staff were really helpful measures my dog made sure the harness fit right were able to offer advice on the warranty. Great selection of toys as well and cheaper than amazon. Definitely worth a look and a very happy dog

Super speedy service and a quality product.We brought one a while ago for the winter (Hurtta Expedition Parka) and then bought a lighter weight / rain jacket.We have just bought another Hurtta, as a spare because we have been so impressed with previous purchases.Our little Staffie puts the coats through proper tests, 'cos she loves to dive and roll, but they are able to endure all of her antics.

Went up to get my dog Spike a new rain coat after he'd been to the barbers.On arrival pressed the bell button, a guy spoke on the intercom and opened the door less than a minute later.There is a very good range of harness and coats, they are very knowledgeable. Asked the right questions and fitted my boy with his new coat.
