Not very friendly and the wash was horrendous the car was still dirty they take no pride at all

Don’t go there unless you want your car broken into they walk around your car acting suspicious and taking photos and video chatting people shouting “look what’s in this car then speaking in a foreign language, also there tax dodging as there not registered on the gov site, so beware if you need to report them for damage of your car, they are also very rude to you, so don’t even do business with them!!! Horrible horrible people there

Went to get my car cleaned and they snapped my windscreen wiper costing me more! £17.50 for the clean (tipped them £2.50 before I realized what they'd done) then cost me an additional £18.50 to get a new windscreen wiper fitted that evening, as I had work the next morning at 3:00 a.m. and it was due to rain. This was at 5:00 p.m. My car issues wasn't sorted until 8:00 p.m. and I still hadn't even had dinner (after a at that point 17-hour day...Spent my evening driving 45 minutes each way, to find a Halfords that was open to do it. And after all of that my car wasn't even that clean. Had to actually pull over and clean the inside windscreen myself, as it was so smeared I nearly crashed due to glare from lights. And the car smelt like vomit, I think they used a dirty rag that they clearly used to clean up some vomit from someone's car, but the smell was unbearable had to put three air fresheners in my car to be able to drive it without heaving. Good thing I was selling the car the next day!!

Missed dog hairs and also crumbs around gear stick and also few other places , car had few dog hairs on back seat and just needed freshening up won't be using these again. Wash on outside wasn't great, either lots of missed areas. Won't be using this service again.
