Cover & Canvas

We had a cratch cover with rotted out stitching, so once we'd cleaned it up, Cover and Canvas did a great job of re-stitching it all and had it done within a few hours. Fantastic service.

Called Nik about replacing four zips in our cratch. Arranged to drop off the cratch cover a few days later and he did the job the same day. Great service, he even restitched a patch without being asked. Fantastic job, great service and good price. Highly recommend.Thanks Nik.

Unhappy experience. Did some repairs to our cratch cover. Work was 'ok', a couple of minor snags needed sorting, but getting hold of him proved impossible. UMPTEEN phone calls/ voicemails/texts/WhatsApps went totally ignored. Decided the only way was a face to face at workshop. On the 4th visit, success! Told him of all the messages, not an apology, excuse , kiss my ..... Nothing.Promised to be at my boat 10:00am next day.... No show, no phone call, nothing despite sending several more messages. Next morning again went to the workshop, no sign. In desperation went to Venetian marine office to see if they could find him. An hour or so later, low and behold a message from him (albeit a rather petulant one) I quote did you really think it necessary to complain to the main office (yes!). I won't be doing your repairs

fast and efficient service, did what was asked for and moreeven did a call out for estimation, would use again.enjoyed the free coffee !!!!

Brilliant service from Nick, a pleasant, helpful chap who clearly knows his business. He returned my call, arranged to take a look at the cover zip repairs that I needed, discussed the issues thoroughly, and did the work there and then - all in a couple of hours this afternoon. Fully recommended.

brillant business,would use again and i would definitely recommend for tent and awning repairs,nick the owner is very nice and down to earth,he is very flexable and came in 30 mins early to deal with my canvas,he had even offered to come in saturday if i couldnt make his opening times (with notice).he helped lift it out of the van took it into his workshop and repaired it straight away while i waited, no messing around at all,he had already given a guide price for doing it but charged under half that amount as it was a easier than he had first thought which i found very honest and reasonable of him especially as i had just bought it and i hadnt noticed the stiching had started to come undone, anyway highly recommended by me 11/10

Don't touch this company had our caravan awning for 6 mths to repair over the last 2 mths we have rang/emailed/WhatsApp and didn't even have the curtesy to reply to any contacts, sat outside this morning for 2 hrs waiting for him to come to his premises made more calls still no answer eventually someone contacted him for us and managed to get a key to his premises. What is wrong with people now our family holiday is ruined as unable to take the children
