Tom (Arbor Cultural Ltd) was brilliant, I was in desperate need of a arborist's report for insurance purposes and he managed to shuffle his schedule to come next day and also provided a report on the very same day! Very comprehensive and sensible, just what was needed. Excellent communication and a great job and at a very fair price. Very impressed from start to finish and if I ever need an arborist again... I know who to call!

Found this company via google; very quick and knowledgeable reply to my enquiry (especially compared to some other companies I found...). Did a decay detection test on a large tree, which a tree surgeon suggested to take down. The tree was fine in the end, thankfully! To think that we were actually thinking of going ahead and chopping down a big beautiful tree... Tom is very friendly and professional.

Tom has replied to every email diligently, addressed my concerns and was transparent throughout the process. The tree survey is very detailed listing every tree's description, effect on the house and potential remedial work. It gives me a clear picture on what to expect in the property and gives me peace of mind. Thoroughly recommend.

Very efficient and professional company. We needed a tree survey done very quick to not delay completion of the purchase and Tom helped to organise it very fast.
