It's a difficult time for anyone ,the loss of a loved one , my Dad passed away recently (April 2021),and it's a tough time to start arranging funerals.In 2018 my mum passed away and we went ahead with arrangements at, C Pritchards &sons of Swallownest not a process I have ever been involved with.We were overwhelmed with how, caring and professional the entire team was, then , so they were our natural choice for Dad. Right from the first chat with Wendy the FA, through to the FD John and his crew of bearers, we knew everything was going to be OK, no need to worry.They all were very supportive, no pressure to make speedy decisions. So respectful , to us and more importantly towards my Dad.The whole process was heartwarming and I thankyou everyone at Pritchards for that ,from me and on behalf of my family .
