Helpful staff. Reminded me I can order online and have shoes delivered there for free collection. Useful for their online sales/clearance. You take shoes home to try out for a few days in the house and take the back fo a refund if you have awkward feet like my mine.

Excellent, very friendly staff who excelled in terms of customer experience. I went in for some emergency pumps to replace the heels I had on which were blistering my feet. Didn’t have the size I needed in the style I wanted but they found me an alternative. They even let me leave my heels safely in the shop for a pick up a week later. Customer service at its best

2 staff stand at till talking, took one of them 5 minutes to ask me if they could help. I had 2 shoes in my hand and said I was a size 6 but had wide foot she said neither of them are wide fitting, you can try them on if you want but they arent wide fitting and she walked away with out getting me my size . Hewasaftesome flat also.go

Went in on Wednesday. Ordered a pair of boots and a pair of shoes in size 8 as they were not on stock! A wonderful Helpful lady who's name I forget found them on line. Had them delivered to my door. 5 days max she said. Explaining the imminent Easter long weekend! Boom they turned up today. 3 days later. Fantastic service and of course being Pavers a fantastic shoe/ boot. Thank you to Princess Quay staff, you were awesome and proves that there is still some decent retail staff about, that put their customers first! Top notch service
