Such a good scheme and a pleasure to deal with.If you are a musician or anyone who requires ear protection, I can very much recommend.High quality service and communications, polite and professional.The money I spent on the hearing protection through this scheme is the best money I have invested into anything to do with music and my health.I hope this scheme continues, and that many more people will benefit from what I believe is a very invaluable service to musicians.

If there were more than 5 stars, I'd give it!Saw Greg this morning for wax removal and ear pain. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. I was absolutely delighted! The receptionist when making the appointment and again this morning was a joy. I would not hesitate in recommending anybody to go here and I certainly would never go elsewhere now I've found here. THANK YOU

Excellent experience with North West Hearing. A very thorough hearing test followed by an honest evaluation. No hard sell on the most expensive hearing aids available, just open an honest discussion. They reprogrammed some older hearing aids I had been gifted and wanted to try for £150 - Boots wanted £1,000!!! Far better service and pricing than competitors

Excellent service, I've been waiting to have custom ear plugs since pre-Covid and NW Hearing guided me through the process despite delays due to Covid and my own ear issues. The audiologist was really friendly and explained everything thoroughly including the fitting and audio tests. Can't recommend enough as a professional musician!

Excellent service in every way. My sister has Downs Syndrome, she needed wax removal and we tried this service after waiting many weeks for ear syringing through our local GP. Her ears were unblocked in minutes using the suction method. We were initially anxious about the procedure but the doctor was great with my sister and she was very pleased with the result! We won’t hesitate in taking her back there.

Great service, Greg was the right levels of professional and friendly and explained everything clearly. Although it was just supposed to be mouldings for earplugs, he took the time to explain why I might be having certain issues. 10/10.
