Parts arrived in a couple of days,easy ,to fit and look really good as well as helping to keep the bike clean as described complete with all fasteners.

I received a new item that had already been opened, the item arrived damaged. The item did not match the pictures on their website, they say images are for illustration purposes only so I had to pay for the return postage. Then I had to chase up the refund because they had the item back for 3 days and had not acknowledged anything to me. If you want to buy their products I suggest you do it via ebay where they will be liable for returns on items where the images don't match the product.Edit. You say you do a full inspection of the goods but clearly missed the mark right at the bottom of the screen. It's basically in the location where someone previously had opened the foam pocket the screen came in. It wasn't something I noticed until after sorting out the return. It could be solved by having pictures of the actual item? Rather then using a picture of a tinted screen that you can see the mirrors and handlebars behind when in fact the screen is pitch black. I don't get why companies use stock photos which don't match the product.Update - out of 3 items I bought from this company 2 of them arrived already previous opened and with damages. They must just send out damaged returns all the time and pass them off as brand new.

Loved the frontal wing for my mt10sp , but had to file out both slots on the bracket , HAS NOBODY CHECKED THIS OR DO YOU NOT CARE . original screws bike only 2 months old

Over the years I have purchased many items for a range of bikes from Pyramid.The quality,fit and price of their products has always been excellent , delivery has always been quick.Also on the one occasion I called to pick up a screen they were very friendly and professional.

Ordered a hugger late on a Sunday night and it arrived on Wednesday with regular updates in between, and well packaged - not fitted it yet but first impressions are very good. Based on this experience and a previous order from Pyramid which worked out similarly I’d def buy from them again.
