I Took quite a lot of items to this auction house, before taking them out of the van I explained roughly what I had to sell and the owner said yes bring them in, which I did that took about 20 minutes, the owner of the business could see what I was bringing in, once everything was in he had a look at everything and told me roughly what price the items would make at sale but then turned around and said I don't want them. I said you could have told me that before I brought everything in ,he just shrugged his shoulders and said I don't want to sell them. Absolute terrible service and very very bad attitude I would never use these again

I always find staff helpful. I do not buy a lot of Peter Francis but when I do I've always been happy with condition of items. Regrettably I cannot always view items beforehand so there's always a risk that something may be incomplete (purchased at my risk) but thus far most items have been in a very good condition.

Very sharp practiceNigel the owner very descent chapAs for the majority of the rest of the staff they think there very above everyone else .Regularly collect furniture for a overseas buyer from there today as we are busy they threatened to charge him £100 a week storage for 6 small items of furniture.Customer has been buying from them for over 30 years , but will not be buying there again .There loss . .They have no client customer satisfactionLook at other reviews .

Great source for all sorts of items. The useful practical and curiosity. Really pleasent staff, friendly and knowledgeable. With parking so convenient, it's definitely worth a rummage.

Condition report on lot described as 'model kits' stated 'mostly complete'. When I checked on collection, the boxes were mostly filled with worthless scrap. I rejected the lot on grounds of misdescription. Auction house initially refused to refund, and only when legal action was suggested did they relent. In a childish act, I was then banned. Errors do happen. Other houses have apologised and refunded with good grace on these rare occasions, not thrown a tantrum and then sulked.
