Used Mr Clutch for the first time for my MOT and service, they let me work for the duration of the MOT and service, kept me informed as it was happening! They were such a friendly bunch and all so lovely and really helpful! Defo recommend this garage going forward! Very approachable and easy to talk to :)

This place used to be good, but I wouldn’t be using anymore. Took the car for a MOT & servicing and found the interior smudged like this on collection. They claimed that there’s a discount already applied for both services, however this is not true.

I have been taking my work van to Mr Clutch in Chelmsford for years.They do the annual service, Mot and anything else that needs doing in between. They are good guys and nothing is too much trouble.They always get the job done quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys for another top service, brakes and Mot.all done on a Saturday!!

A bad experience using this company . I was told my car failed MOT due to wiper jet of front screen was faulty and mis-aligned. The mechanics couldn't fix it (which is strange). I was told they had to order in a tool to clean it. Took my car to 2 other garages in the city to have it shown and they found no issues with the wiper jet. Got the car back again to Mr Clutch after a few days, who passed the MOT this time. I feel let down by this company. I've used them in the past on many occasions but this time my experience was bad. Wasted time driving around to other garages when there was NO issue at all with the car.
