Ross meet us to provide a quote this week. He was very finely and helpful, prepared a design as we talked and helped us develop our ideas of what we wanted. He gave us a full written quote with the design details and wasn’t at all pushy about placing an order. Wouldn’t it be good if all salesmen were like Ross!

Been thinking about doing my bay windows and a new front door for some time now. I had a call from Mike at Permaframe and he was so polite, and for a guy like me having no idea about the windows, he was extremely knowledgeable and a real credit to the company. I had booked an appointment for a chap to come over and quote me.Ross was the guy that quoted me, and again a fantastic character and an extremely good fit for the company. Showed me various different options and answered every question i had for him.Deligjted to have come across such a fantastic company and cannot wait for the installation. Thanks so much guys!!

It started with a family chat about how best to make the house warmer, we then arranged a few companies to come and quote. Permaframe, stood out from the stereotypical double glazing company. More interested in our needs and what would suit the house best. From the initial call, to Ian popping out to measure and guide us along the best options. We placed an order and cant wait for our new windows in 2024! 5 stars all round.

I had a glass roof done on my conservatory very very impressed with the guys who fitted it. I would recommend permaframe to friends family. Ross was very professional and explained everything. Mike was also very good on the phone not pushy. I will definitely be coming back next year for my windows.

We were thinking about home improvements for some time and after doing some research we narrowed down to several companies. Ian came out after we contacted Permaframe for a quote. Ian was thorough with his help and advice and gave a great demonstration of the window. The price was around where we wanted it to be and so decided to place an order, we cant wait for the new windows to be installed. Would 100% recommend Ian and Permaframe. Paula

I needed a New front door and had a lovely chap come round to give me a quote called Ross. He was very friendly and understood what I needed. We had a discussion about other work I may want in the future. The quote was a good price and can’t wait to have it fitted. I will keep in contact about future work.

Paul knocked on my door last week to see if I required any double glazing. He wasn’t at all pushy. I knew it was time to upgrade and Paul arranged for Ross Baxter to visit later that afternoon to give me a quote. Ross showed me designs he thought I would like and photographed my home, showing what it would look like with a new door. There was no pressure to sign up for an immediate sale. Ben came the following day to survey the property. The whole process was quick and easy and I am now looking forward to the installation next year.
