Safe-sweep came to my house and gave some amazing advice. I requested a sweep but when he arrived it was obvious to him that my chimney didn’t need one. Instead of doing it anyway he took time to explain why I didn’t need one and didn’t charge me a penny. He then put me in touch with a contractor that could help me with other things. Great customer service and honest.I will be using again

We have used Stuart at Safe Sweep Wirral a number of times now and have found him to be extremely professional in his approach to servicing our multi fuel burner; from first point of contact Stuart got back to us when others didn’t even bother, booking the appointment was simple with a text reminder the day before. Stuart’s friendly nature puts you instantly at ease and he is very respectful of your property, AND he does a great job!. Really did my homework to find the best for quality, service and price and I can actually say Stuart from this company knows his stuff 100% wouldn't go to anyone else now I've found him, not just your average sweep he is so knowledgeable he gave me lots of tips on how to look after my burner to make it work better and far more efficiently, does all the repairs and maintenance if you ever need it, I never usually recommend but with Stuart I would 100% recommend every time, amazing service and price, thank you so much your a real gentleman.
