I’d leave no stars if I could, what an absolute waste of time. Spoke with an advisor in detail for over 30 mins about an incredibly sensitive issue and I could tell she wasn’t listening to a word I said as I kept correcting her.Now my claim won’t even be considered as your advisor took down ALL the wrong information and evidently didn’t listen to a word I said.Avoid at all costs - deal with solicitors who have compassion and know what they’re doing, Hudgell’s are absolute cowboys.
