Excellent service, very friendly and honest - Bike didn’t need quite as much work as first thought so the final bill was less than expected.

RideRide Bassett got me back on the road in no time and at a very reasonable cost. My bike had been supplied to me with an 8 speed chain on a 9-speed cassette which led to a very rough, notchy feeling and premature wear. The local dealer who supplied it failed to spot this either at the pre delivery inspection or the first service.I needed the bike back on the road quickly, so rather than enter into a potentially lengthy dialogue regarding whether it was a warranty issue, I decided to get RideRide to look at it. Once it had been confirmed that my chain could snap any minute after only 1100 miles, I booked my bike in the have the chain and rear cassette replaced.What a transformation! It's like riding a completely different bike.Thank you RideRide.

This is the first time I’ve used rideride, as it’s closest to where I live, which is very handy. Used their online booking service, which allocated me a time and date that I could select, it worked a treat. I turned up on the day, a little early, but was welcomed immediately. The mechanic, at once assessed my bike and gave me a price for the job (service). I agreed the price and left the bike in his capable hands. He told me it would be done later in the day, which it was and he duly notified me that it was ready to collect. I collected and paid, extremely pleased with the work completed. Great service, thank you.

Fabulous repair shop. Jon and Tim are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. Expert advice and care for all my bikes, can’t recommend highly enough!

I took child's bike in to buy a new brake cable. But the lovely staff fitted it for me, then serviced and adjusted both brakes while I waited. Fair prices and Fantastic service!

Messaged in the week to see if I could get my tubeless tyre replaced on Saturday with same day turn around and Tim came through for me and I couldn't have appreciated it enough he also change the valve for me to and advised a better fitting rubber option for the valve too so it sits in the rim alot better.Thank you so much Tim I will be certainly using your expertise in the future again! Top man! :)
