I came in last week and i just had to write a review about the fantastic service that i got in store by the store manager (andy i think his name was) he was attentive an very friendly an explained all the offers to me. will definitely be coming back soon

Bought a pair of glasses from here in January and the frames have come apart. I went to the shop to be told that as it is outside of the 100 day guarantee period, I would have to pay for new frames at a cost of £85. I was offered a small discount after making my feelings clear…….I should point out that these are reading glasses only. They’re not in constant use and yet the frames are broken.The assistant in the shop could hardly have been less interested. I’ll never go here again. There is NO after sales service.

Really helpful and knowledgable team. The equipment seems newer and more advanced than my previous opticians. Contact lenses delivered quicker than expected and great value when shopping around. When I had an issue with an eye infection they saw me very regularly and helped me get back to full health as quickly as possible.

I’ve just had a wonderful experience here! The staffs and the optometrist lady (Zara, sorry if I got the wrong name) were very helpful trying to figure out and explain my double vision problem. Will definitely come back again!

Friendly staffs with excellent services. Eye test was thorough and professional. It’s out of my expectation that there are Chinese staffs who could explain to me clearly in Mandarin / Cantonese as I am not very good in English. It’s a pleasant experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Came here for my first ever eye test, Zara was attentive and made me feel comfortable. The staff are wonderful and helped me and my mum pick out the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. Would definitely come back.
