I contacted Jane Duncan Architects Ltd after carrying out my research on local architects. My first point of contact was with Martin Elmore on the telephone. Martin was really good and we then continued our communication by email. Within a few days, Martin had set up a Zoom call with Jane. The Zoom call must have lasted a good hour and a bit!! Jane was simply amazing at understanding what my requirements were, my lifestyle and general needs. She really took her time and didn't rush through any aspect of the conversation. I was incredibly impressed!! I would highly recommend anyone who needs an architect to contact Jane Duncan - I'm super impressed.
