Hyperion Hot Tubs

We've had our Masterspa Legend 6 hot tub for just over a year now and it's been a great addition to the garden - loved by us, family and friends.I would not hesitate in recommending a Masterspa hottub to anyone - exceptional quality and with a very well insulated cover, which means it costs a lot less to run than we initally thought (and we use it almost daily for 20-30 minutes) - even wth the high electricity prices we are currently experiencing.More importantly though was the initial advice given by Terry and his team to make sure we got the right tub for us". No hard sells at the time of purchase (the showroom Terry has set up sells itself!). Also

Thank you so much for the recent hire of your lovely hot tub, we had the Orbis for a week during our 'homecation' and it was perfect for our family of 4. We all really enjoyed relaxing in it after after a day out, or when having a chilled day at home. The hot tub was beautifully clean and well maintained, with good powerful jets and bubbles. We were given a easy to use guide and all the appropriate chemicals - chlorine, etc. to assist with maintaining the water quality during our hire. The delivery and collection was really straightforward and with a very professional yet friendly service. We shall definitely recommend Hyperion Hot tubs and will look forward to hiring again in the future. Thanks again!

I wanted to buy a hot tub as a gift for my wife for giving birth to my son after a very challenging 12 months. I was very certain that it had to be a high quality reputable and reliable brand with a wow factor. After shopping around, it quickly became apparent that Hyperion Hot Tubs were the optimum solution.The entire end-to-end experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Very professional and knowledgable service throughout to help me make the right choice. Several weeks later, Hyperion delivered my 6 seater Legend 6 tub, with mood lighting and sound system to my garden and it was ready for us to soak in 12 hours later. A surprisingly impressive timeline given that demand in the UK is soaring!Hyperion talked us through all the water checks and made it really easy for us by providing all the chemicals to keep the water safe. My wife also received a selection of vitamin and aromatherapy crystals to help with her recovery.We love our new hot tub and use it almost daily. The jets are excellent and relaxing and the sound system is fantastic. The lighting after dusk is very impressive and makes it even more enjoyable.I have already recommended Hyperion to my friends and family.

Terry and Eleanor have been an absolute pleasure to deal with - we cannot praise them highly enough! They weren’t pushy at all, but gave us great advice and guidance so we could choose the best hot tub for our needs. The chance to actually wet test many of the tubs in the Hyperion showroom was fantastic, as you then know exactly what you are getting. It was a smooth process from ordering to installation and the training on the chemicals and how to care for the tub was very comprehensive. Also, the aftercare is second to none - they are there for you.All in all, I would recommend Hyperion to anyone - excellent high quality products and fantastic professional, yet friendly, service and aftercare.Thank you Terry and Eleanor!

Terry and Ells are wonderful human beings as well as being amazingly talented and knowledgeable when it comes to hot tubs! They installed the tub impeccably… even though it took a little longer than expected. I absolutely love the hot tub and apart from missing about 4 days, have been in every day since it was installed nearly 6 weeks ago. A really great way to unwind and relax after a long and exhausting day. I would recommend Hyperion hot tubs to everyone! Thank you for helping me relax… no phones… no tv… just time x

We purchased a Master Spas Legend 7 from Hyperion and from start to finish, Terry and Eleanor were so helpful. We were having extensive landscaping done prior to delivery of the tub and Terry's advice was crucial for getting the design of a half recessed tub correct with dimensions, accessibility etc.Install from Terry was very thorough and he spent the whole day setting up the hot ub as well as walking us through routine maintenance and use, he also left us with a starter pack of chemicals and some information on chemical levels; very helpful.As for the tub itself, we literally couldn't be happier, we went for the Legend 7 because it had 2 pumps and what a difference the extra pump makes! We also went for a midnight canyon finish on the tub and so happy with how this makes it look like a rock pool. The lighting at night is excellent and the control pad super intuitive and easy to use even with wet hands. The bluetooth speakers are excellent and we use them every time. In terms of cost and maintenance, this is all dead easy and barely adds anything to the bill which in this day and age is saying something.Overall we are so happy with our purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend Hyperion if you want an all round great buying experience and great after sales care with competitive pricing.

Hyperion supplied and installed our Master Spas hot tub and provided an absolutely fantastic service. The whole experience from initial contact to the finished installation was exceptional. We didn't have the easiest access to the installation site but Terry and Eleanor happily worked around this, got the hot tub installed, setup and provided nice easy to understand training. Also very happy with the hot tub which is very well built, looks great and runs perfectly. We would thoroughly recommend Hyperion.

Honestly where do I begin. I lost my dad to brain cancer at the age of 53 and I thought life is for living. My dream was to get a hot tub for me and my family. So I decided to do alot of research into it then one day I cam across Hyperions Terry and Eleanor at canford school summer show. They weren't pushy or any of that and treated me as family from the get go. I explained what I wanted and in all honesty made my dream come true. The process for my personally was longer than I wanted due to the fact that I moved house and they stuck with me and reassured me that the length in time due to me moving was not a problem. Nothing has been. They are just amazing. Even the aftercare and if I need them they are always there. Guys I hope you know how amazing you are. Thank you for everything.
