Sadly this is the 3rd time this has happened to me, ordered a tuna crunch baguette but the bread was so hard was worried I'd break a tooth! I think the bread isn't always fresh on the same day.

The shop in Brackla street centre never has cheese ploughmans rolls. Better off goibg to the one in Adare Street.

Even when there are newcomers, the staff are always cheerful and courteous. They are always ready to laugh and are never rude. 10/10 for customer service; they also consistently get my order right, which is a plus.

I highly do not recommend buying food from here as the woman who dealt with my order was in a rush to get home and missed over £20 worth of my order! Contacted the shop and they were not helpful. This is not the first time that my order has been messed up or missing from this shop. I will not be purchasing orders from this shop again as I find it very ridiculous. I had to contact just eat for a refund and order the missing items once again and pay another lot of delivery for the shops mistakes. Once my food arrived it was cold. I am disappointed with the service I had received today.

Ordered through JustEat. When food came we were a sausage/bean melt short. Tried ringing JustEat first. But you can never speak or contact them. Then I rang Greggs store direct. Explained food was short. They checked and admitted that Yes food was short. Very pleasant woman said We are Sorry and give you 2 sausage/bean melts and some jam doughnuts to make up for it. I said that would be fine. But have waited over 4 hours and nothing been delivered. So unfortunately not great customer service.

Same as many Greggs elsewhere with the same menu, which is probably a good thing. The staff were helpful and I have to say this store has more stock than the other greggs in the town.

I love greggs but sometimes when I get there the sausage rolls are cold and they end up losing me as a costumer. X
