I contacted ACE ALARMS on recommendation from a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. Steve contacted me promptly and he arrived promptly. I was given a excellent price a lot cheaper than the same alarm we had fitted in another property of ours there is no hard sell. Ace Alarms service is excellent, they clean all the mess they make as they go along, we were offered good sound advice on securing our property.if your looking for a good company with no rip offs then I can truly recommend ace alarms.Many thanks to you. 10/10

I have transferred 3 different contracts to Ace Alarms from a larger firm. Their prices are reasonable and they get on and do the work with the minimum of fuss. Dealing with them is easy and straightforward. And they have the knowledge and experience. I found that they try and save money for me rather than suggest spending more on things I don’t really need....recommended.

Ace recently completed an upgrade to our alarm system. The work was carried out to a really high standard and everything tidied up afterwards. I highly recommend Ace for all your home security needs.

Very reasonably priced too. Impressed with both the product and the overall service.

Steve quickly responded to our request for an estimate by attending our property on the same day. He willingly answered all our questions and explained how the system would work. He turned up on time on the day of fitting and installed the system with minimum disturbance to ourselves and left the system in good working order.He was very reassuring and told us that we could telephone at any time with queries we may have. We also entered into an annual service agreement, which is £40 per annum. I have already recommended Ace Alarms to a neighbour.

So glad that I found Steve from ACE Alarms via Check-a-trade. He was local to me, turned up on time and did a thoroughly good job.My alarm system was chosen as an option on a new build property and it was installed a long time before I moved in. I never received a demo and when I tried to contact the original installer with a couple of questions, they made it pretty clear that they were not interested in helping me. The original installer had actually set things up incorrectly. Steve was able to put everything right and he actually improved the system by enabling certain features that had been left un-checked. He is coming back next month to secure my garage.Very good service and reasonable rates to boot :-)

Steve came out at short notice to fit a basic alarm system, in the meantime I purchased a load more sensors from a friend meaning the simple job turned into a complex job. At the same time I had a load of other trades in the house and had to rush out. Most companies would complain/moan at this point whereas Steve just got on with the job. Fantastic job, very neat installation with lots of friendly advice. Would not hesitate to recommend. 10/10

Communication via phone and email has been second to none, as any queries or concerns I previously had were dealt with promptly and reassuringly.I opted for the Visonic Power G Wireless (Kit 2) with Touch Panel, which was installed with much care and attention to detail. Punctual and always courteous, he even took time to clean up any mess that was made whilst mounting the door contacts and sensors with his trusted Dyson.Any additional requirements for the physical installation of the bell boxes was never too much trouble for Steve. The final demo of the Power G system was expertly presented, any questions I had were dealt with patiently.Steve actually pointed out that his pricing for the Visonic system has changed since I was last quoted 4-5 weeks ago, and he had offered the system to me at the lowered price... a £25 saving which was unexpected and most welcome.Trustworthy and passionate about his work, I have no hesitation in recommending Steve's services to anyone wishing to install an alarm system. No exaggeration or hyperbole, Steve is the true definition of the consummate professional.10/10. Highly Recommended.
