Charlotte is fabulous. She is always responsive, flexible, efficient and helpful. She helped me with inventory checklist and tenant check-in, the work has been done seamlessly. The inventory checklist she conducted is the most detailed one i have ever seen. Both my tenant and myself were very happy with Charlotte’s services. She is the best letting agent I have ever encountered so far. Highly recommended!
