Wow, what amazing service at ECE, they helped to squeeze me in for an appointment before a holiday and then cleared out both ears that had caused me problems. They were so helpful, friendly and cared about helping me. Thoroughly recommend.

What an amazing service. Safe and effective! Natalie was very personable and explained things clearly. I couldn't hear hardly anything before I went in. Now I am hearing sounds I haven't for months and my tinnitus has really reduced. Would recommend to anyone with wax build up. Thank you

My appointment was informative and welcoming. I didn’t end up needing treatment (luckily) but I was given so much professional advice and helpful tips to what I needed! And bonus there was no charge despite taking up 10 minutes of their time talking to me! Definitely recommend

I came and saw Jay recently for ear wax removal, long story short my ear was completely full of wax, Jay was a saviour, a true professional and ultimately solved my problem wax problem! she talked me through the suction in detail and was kind and compassionate . Thanks again Jay!

Had a consultation at ECE due to issues with both hearing and balance, What a great company.As it was a problem behind my eardrum, there was not much they could do other than advise the best remedies.So much advice given yet zero fee amazing service highly recommended

Just been to see them. Was 20mm late (did ring them to let them no). They still managed to see me.I didn’t need my ears cleaning in the end. But they helped with the problem. Just had micro suction with Jo. She was amazing! Made me feel at ease and done a superb job unblocking my ears. Even learned a bit about the shape of my ear and why I get persistent problems. Highly recommend, staff are so friendly.

So easy to make an appointment and once there we had just a short wait. We saw a lady there who was so good removinga lot of the build up and could see we would need to use oil before removing the rest, which we did. When we came back the rest was taken out and my child could feel the difference so much. I have already recommended Essex clear ears and any future ear problems I would not hesitate to come straight here. Very satisfied with the service.
