I had to have my wedding and engagement ring cut of due to a swollen tendon in my finger, took the rings into cuttings to be put back together and add some gold to my wedding ring, arranged everything with a lovely man called Bob, when I collected the rings I was amazed that they did such a great job and the rings looked new, thank you Cuttings for such a great service

I have several pieces of jewellery from S H Cuttings and it’s all beautiful quality and well priced. The one time I had a small issue with a piece the staff were really helpful and sorted it out immediately. I look forward to shopping there again.

Don't believe any of the reviews they are false.I paid £1000 for a top of the range diamond ring 25 years ago in Saudi Arabia and when I came back and split up with my partner whilst on hard times they gave me £250. Where to start. I’ll start at the good!First, Ed is one of the most courteous people you’ll meet, and it comes across in every interaction. There’s not a shred of cutthroat second hand dealer about him or this company and everything is fair and accurate.I part-exchanged three watches for one watch and some cash back and the entire process was buttery smooth (postage from Yorkshire to Kent) and very quick; not one thing wasn’t as agreed; not one thing was done anything but perfectly.The entire process was seamless, their paperwork is detailed and accurate and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!Now to the bad……Done! :D

I was very sceptical about buying my first Rolex without actually seeing the watch 1st hand. These guys are absolutely amazing! They reserved the watch for me until I had the funds available, sent me all the information I needed as well as extra pictures and spoke to be on a day to day basis about any concerns I had. I brought the watch at 15:00 and received the watch in less than 24 hours! As you would expect the watch was immaculate and lived up to all of my expectations and beyond.
