I’ve had the pleasure of using advanced’s services many times through out my property portfolio. Firstly using there cleaning services and most recently there maintenance services, mainly the electrican. When it comes to service, price and availability there hard to beat across the central belt of Scotland. Give Zuzanna and her team team a call. You will be massively surprised.

Made a fabulous job of fitting my tiles from start to finish always turned up on time and finished the job and unlike a lot of places payment isn’t made till job is finished definitely recommended and will use again in the future

Perfect team of tradesmen, who are really professional. Got few touch ups in my flat and definitely will be using again soon. I've used advanced cleaning services and they are also spot on with work. Both companies under Suzanne and she take care of everything. She has amazing customers service and she is really pleasant to deal with. Really recommend

Fantastic job from APC. I hired them to totally refurbish my 3 bed flat and was so impressed with the results. Cannot recommend highly enough, Peter & Peter are fantastic tradesmen, very professional, reliable and super friendly! Quality of work is second to none. Really easy to deal with. Will use again. 10/10 guys!!

I have used APC on a few occasions firstly on my new house painted from top to bottom a very professional and all within a good time.Secondly I had issues with some plumbing under my bath which was fixed as well as the wall being repainted I can't recommend enough!

I have used Advanced Property Care for cleaning services on a number of occasions and have always received a highly professional service and had each job completed to the highest standard. I have also passed on details of their property maintenance side to friends and they have completed renovation and repairs efficiently with their wonderful team of tradesmen.5 star service, would highly recommend!
