Jay was excellent from the start, explaining the process step by step. He explained various options to us to allow us to make the best decision for us, which we really appreciated. He created a WhatsApp group with myself and my wife to ensure we were both up to date with progress. He was always available and worked around our working hours. As a first time buyer I was very nervous about going through the process of finding a mortgage, particularly one that I could afford.
