Sold me a faulty car that had a £2000 fault. Gave me a refund but refused to reimburse costs incurred diagnosing the fault. Caused me a great deal of inconvenience and stress lost work and had to travel 100 miles there and back to return car even though before i purchased the car i told them please dont sell me the car if it has any faults as it was going to be used for a driving school car ,there excuse because i was given a discount i had surrender d a third party warranty which would not have covered this fault anyway.

I have used M and D Patrick for our last 2 cars, they also look after our family cars and have never had an issue, very friendly and approachable, getting rarer in this day and age

I have recently bought a VW van from this company and I cannot fault their high level of customer service. The whole transaction was carried out remotely. I found the staff to be informative, helpful, efficient and reliable. I saw the van online on Friday and it was delivered to me (200 miles away) the following Thursday. Great!

I took a car for a test drive and noticed the clutch to be very high. I mentioned it but they assured me it was normal. They put it through an mot which failed due to a nearside rear suspension arm corroded and seriously weakened.They welded a plate rather than replacing it. The windows switches were faulty which they said got replaced but we're also faulty. In the two months I had the car, it was never sorted due to waiting for parts.The catalytic convertor blew and I was told we can't really get a weld on it because of were it's blown". Why would I want it welded? Just do a proper job and replace it like you should of done with the suspension. So they replaced it. I tried selling the car and when it was checked I was told the clutch was worn and needed replaced and the windows switch was faulty. I took the print out back to m&d Patrick and by some miracle the switches were in and they would sort the clutch after all. I should never have had to go through the hassle I did to get things done. I told them I had no faith at all in any repair work they would do. I walked out and sold the car as it was.I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The after sales is diabolical and the way they choose to put right any faults is questionable to say the least"

Just got my 3rd car from hear which is a vauxhall same as last two and can't fault this garage in any way was introduced to these by a close friend and they really look after you the staff are friendly there services are well priced and mot s aswel all the cars are well presented well priced and low milage there after care is amazing too much better than a main dealer and can safely say the next car we buy which will be for my partner will becoming from hear aswel just like her last as this is the best used car garage in the north east thanks again to all staff there for a good and friendly no pressure service 10 out of 10
