3000rpm

I went about a year ago to get my laptop hinge fixed because it seemed loose. They charged me 151£ altogether for parts and their expertise.Roughly a week or so after picking up the laptop the hinge once again starting falling apart.Recently I went to get my laptop fixed at another shop for another problem and the employee there explained to me that not only had the staff at RPM3000 not fixed the problem but instead they had taped the screen to the frame to increase stability. Not only had they not bought any new parts to fix my laptop, they had also made it harder to repair the initial problem in the future by putting back the cables connecting the screen to the the rest of the laptop in the wrong place causing problems down the line.Avoid at all costs unless you don’t want to get scammed.

I wish I had read previous reviews but was reasonably confident given previous experience dealing with them. The technical repair was excellent however their “front of house” service in the shop was extremely poor. A petulant and wholly unhelpful member of staff, a credit / debit card machine not able to take payments and an inability to provide a receipt despite sitting in front of a computer and printer. No response to messages to raise concerns. All in all a poor experience which taken together with two previous 1 star reviews does not auger well.

Absolutely a 10/10 service. The people working there are friendly, helpful and very efficient!The problem I had was pretty annoying since it required a rare part but they searched, found and ordered the peace. They kept me up to date on the progress and offered additional support, information and services.Fantastic experience, I personally fully recommend them.

A wonderful place to visit, but you have to book in advance. The veiled Christ sculpture is just amazing, I believe is on a par with any Michelangelo's sculptures.

!!!!! AVOID !!!!!We will never use 3000rpm again - one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. Unhelpful staff, terrible communication, unacceptable timescales and ended up having to get laptop repaired elsewhere. Knowledgeable helpful and friendly staff. I was very satisfied with their work l, my laptop was working in a very slow mode. They replaced the 240GB drive and noticed the 2GB ram was insecure and checked the 4BG at the same time. My lap works like new, for work done I thought price was reasonable and would certainly recommend them.

DO NOT GOT TO THIS SHOPI read the reviews a little while ago about this repair shop and saw that they were mixed but I decided to give it a go anyhow. They ‘repaired’ my laptop for roughly 450 pounds then when it broke again due to poor repair 3 months later they said the 6month warranty wasn’t valid even though it stated it was. I eventually went to a different repair store and they’ve themselves commented on how poorly the repair job was done and have luckily sorted me out for wayyyyy less and it’s now working amazingly! - if you’re a woman or student they will try to manipulate you, watch out!

--- AVOID WITH ALL COSTS ---the service i received from the start was rude and very much didn't have any good communication skills this place has went down hill and they need to sort the staff out or even shut the place down and didn't care when i tried to speak to them there was not interested with the staff i bought a screen from them and i have had nothing but problems with them from the start the power button doesn't work at all and a message keeps popping up very annoying and wasted my money on a screen that doesn't work the message does not go away no matter what button i press none of the buttons even work so frustrating and annoying avoid buying things from them. they sold me a faulty monitor knowing full well it doesn't work what a waste now im having to buy another monitor which they should be paying for a new monitor they are an absolute joke.
