Absolutely first class friendly service with good communication. From speaking to Jim on the phone to having our item delivered by the 2 young men on the assigned delivery day. The lads went above & beyond when delivering & when not able to get our delivery through the front door. They happily took it around the back & negotiated the rear access & it’s peculiarities. First class well priced great service. Thank you very much again Jim & the team.

The company were very good, they delivered a bed to my 80 year old inlaws that both have health issues.They very kindly took the bed upstairs for them rather than just delivering it to the door.We were extremely thankful for the extra care that they took when they didn't have to.

I have had a delivery from Handy Jack Transport today. What a great service. The 2 lads were really professional and friendly. They placed all the furniture in the room of our choice. It's very rare you get such a great service. Well done to all. Definitely recommend.

Handy Jack were communicative and patient even as the sofa we bought from another retailer was put in their care weeks earlier than it was meant to be. We were kept in the know about schedules and times, and their team brough our sofa from Newcastle to Edinburgh and up three flights of stairs. Handy Jack are true professionals and made our move as smooth as possible.
