I bought a Toyota Vitz, Japanese import.Shaun at Tong Park Cars was really helpful. I turned up unannounced and he still took the time to show me round. He gave me lots of useful information and did not pressure me to buy at all. I went away and looked around at other places then got back to him two weeks later and he was just as willing to help. Once the decision was made, my new car was cleaned and checked and delivered to my door with all the paperwork.I have been driving the car for a couple of weeks and it is running great. I went and bought a car last Saturday and it was amazing, the customer service was brilliant especially Shaun, he did everything he could to ensure that I drove that car home that same day, he stayed over nearly 2 hours ensuring everything was right so I can drive it home even though he had plans on Saturday evening, he never pushed to sell the car he let you do your own thing, he explained everything and answered every question I had, absolutely amazing customer service, I highly recommend.
