We cannot praise or thank Bespoke Funerals enough. From the moment I called them at 1.30am they reacted promptly and professionally to collect my mother. Nothing was ever too much, everything was made so easy in such a sad time. In a world when you never want to need them Bespoke Funeral were there for our family and our mum.Thanks again ❤️

Having not been involved with funeral arrangements for over 14 years, I required a reliable local funeral service to guide me on current protocols, following the sudden passing of my Wife late last month.I looked at the options & chose Bespoke, based on their detailed website information, but importantly the immediate support & attention to detail, when I made contact with their funeral arranger Debbie Cotton.Debbie promptly arranged for Funeral Director Simon Dengate to visit the family & provide ALL the answers to our queries, which was followed up with a detailed quote & options.3 family members subsequently visited Bespoke's office in Ilkeston & met with M.D. William Barron, who together with Debbie provided a draft order of service, including our music & hymn choices plus back up options via their equipment at Church.Last week's funeral was full of empathy from the total Bespoke team at every element of the service, as the day panned out.In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend this family run business to look after your needs, as they are well aware of their customer's needs.Malcolm Todd 14/8/2023

what an amazing place to go if you have lost a loved one.this was the first time me and my husband had to deal with sorting a funeral out and we of course used bespoke funeral care, and it was the best choice.the staff are amazing and they worked with us came out to the home gave us time to go through things to make sure the funeral was right for us as a family.the communication is amazing between us and them, and due to a second death in the family they was so supportive and said if we needed anything we knew where they was.we couldn't of asked for a better service from these people, truly amazing and compassionate all they way through.100 out 100 from the may family.

After the sudden unexpected death of my son caused me to choose cremation. Not knowing any detail's about what to do and where to start. By chance I saw Bespoke Funeral Care details and made contact with no regret. After the passing of my grandad with no funeral plan, only a wish to be cremated, we made the decision to use bespoke funeral care due to the amount of 5* reviews.
