A ring, which is a family heirloom, had lost its stone and my usual jeweller refused to repair it as he said he couldn't guarantee the outcome. I found Pattnis on line and I am so glad that I did. They were so helpful and immediately said they would undertake the repair. They had a stone in stock which was a fair match but not quite right. Their kind setter Jigs said he would try to find a more suitable stone and he did just that, finding a replacement citrine which was almost identical to the original, and sending me pictures for approval before he completed the work. Very happy with the service and helpfulness of the staff and would certainly use them again in the future.

Amazing experience at the jewellers, ladies were welcoming and friendly. Special thanks goes to Suruchi who gave excellent customer service. We were happy with the display and the choices we had and Suruchi took the time and went thru in detail. We will surely be visiting them again. We always travelled to London to make these purchases but now we've found a place a little closer to us. Thank you.
