We got several quotes for a full renovation and side extension but after seeing the quality of Thornhill Shann's previous project there was no question they would be chosen for our project. Despite covid and supply chain issues they delivered on time for Christmas with a quality of finish that has ultimately made our house feel like a home. The owners were hands-on and in constant communication through-out which helped ensure everyone was always on the same page and any minor changes were quickly rectified - these are great qualities compared to other builders we have worked with before. Their brief was significant: completely new bathrooms, new kitchen, new floors, new plastering, several replacement windows, moving some walls, running air con, adding a gas stove, adding joinery... the list goes on. All of their work, from the first day of the project to the last, was done beautifully, thoughtfully, with professional finishes that had me referring to the team as artists. Tom Shann personally handled the project management of a major renovation of our flat in Belgravia.
