The last two times I've been there is one person serving whilst multiple other staff just dither around stacking shelves whilst the queue continues to grow. Also this time the girl serving was rude to the guy in front as he was unhappy with the solution she could offer him and she was clearly just getting annoyed with him.

I turned up in Stratton having completed an order for Cheny Manor and the staff were very helpful in helping me save a trip there and provide me the item here. Rob was very supportive and understanding.

First time I've used this branch, was stunned by the attitude of the young lad, no hello or good afternoon, took my order and got that quickly but never asked if I was an account or cash customer and proceded to ask name and address and said no account at that address?? Obviously not, had he asked first, he would have known.As someone who actually does work in another trade/retail chain, where we are trained to ask these things and be polite and courteous to customers it was a bit of a shock.

After my awful experience at the Cheney Manor branch, it was a breath of fresh air to receive such brilliant service from the two staff members this morning. The social distancing was brilliant, I felt very safe while queuing. The woman who gave me my order was very pleasant and helpful after realising I purchased a 110v grinder and not a 240v and pointed it out to me! Thank you for saving me a real head ache! I will 100% be returning! Stratton have truly gave me faith within Toolstation again!

My service from the staff was excellent. However one of the sales assistants called Marta, was having a go at her male colleague in front of other colleagues and the public. I found this disturbing and unprofessional. I feel she should be spoken to as it does not make the shop comfortable and I felt for her male colleague.

A great store with ample parking, tidy customer area and quick working staff! Everything was well labelled to aid DIY newbies to finding what they need, and staff didn’t talk down to me despite having numerous questions!

All the times i have been here they have always been plesent and helpful.Martyn, hubert, reece's c and b and hope - just to name a few.Recently my partner got there 1 min before closing and they were still friendly and kind.
