I have have used AVC Debt Recovery for the past 8 years and I would recommend him to anyone. I am clueless when it comes to the legal letter of the law.Colin takes the time to listen to what you want and what the contract needs to do and works his magic. He doesn't try to baffle you with legal jargon. He takes the time to go through everything with you and to make sure you understand the contract.I wouldn't go with anyone else for any legal or contract work.

Really happy with the services we received from AVC. Quick, professional and helpful are the key words we can think of. Debt collection has always been our last resource especially when you have long term good relations with your clients, so we were already under the pressure when we decided to appoint a debt collector. AVC came up on Google search among others with good reviews. When we contacted them we felt they were professional and we were given clear information about what is involved and what was our chances of success. I have used AVC Debt Recovery For the 2nd time, I just wish I had met a company like this 30 years ago when I started as an electrical contractor. Both my problems where the usual I send emails, letters and phone and get fobbed off. AVC just know how to speak sense and I have got paid immediately. If my debtor did not speak to me or pay me, yet one call from AVC I get paid, I had no doubt in their ability to get the money then why should I. I trust them explicitly. And thanks once again, I say don't worry about these con artists who time and again got away with it, they have no idea who they are dealing with?.

An excellent experience with Colin and the team at AVC. We had a commercial debt that had gone unpaid. The client was ignoring us and using every trick in the book to avoid payment. After months of struggling, we instructed AVC and the debt was paid within 10 days. Colin worked hard to resolve the issue very quickly - I would highly recommend their services.
