I often have reflexology from Claire. Shes amazing, professional, friendly and really knows what shes talking about. Her before and after care is always outstanding and her caring nature always shines! She has an air about her that helps you relax as soon as you walk into the room. I would 100% recommend Claire - Shes the best, however, I saw her at the Chill last week and she definitely shouldn't give up her day job! Good luck with that one Claire. HAHA

Toe to Soul is one of my favourite places in Lytham and one of its best kept secrets. I love that Claire is a nurse as well as a highly skilled therapist. It’s hard to find places where the emphasis is on women’s well-being rather than beauty, or put another way, FEELING better rather than looking better. That is not to say that I don’t look better after coming here (I’m so relaxed and happy) but it’s such a welcoming and different place to have a massage.Although Claire doesn’t offer traditional body massages (there are many local places that do that) the Indian head massage, foot reflexology and facial reflexology are truly fabulous. You don’t have to get undressed which makes things easier and the focussed treatment can really target problem areas.I was astonished when Claire pointed out that I had a problem with my left knee. She could feel this just from treating my feet and was absolutely correct. This floored me as she didn’t mention any other ailments & I’m otherwise well.A must-visit for anyone interested in feeling a bit better and doing something really good for themselves for a change.

I attended one of the workshops about the use of essential oils in the home, for health and lifestyle and was blown away with the knowledge that I have gained from this.I'll definitely reassess the products that I am currently using!.Both Claire & her setting are lovely, so calm, friendly and informative and the ambiance instantly makes you feel relaxed.Thank you Claire, I'll certainly be back! :)
