Wow fast delivery. I ordered some FastFix from here yesterday morning it arrived a few minutes ago. I'm leaving a review as I always find it helps if people haven't delt with a company before.

Sika are the industry leaders in this space and this website offers very competitive prices and free, very quick, delivery!

Top class customer service. I managed to order the wrong product. I gave them a call with fairly low expectations given that this was in the middle of lockdown. Pleasantly surprised to be dealing with a real - and very helpful - person. Henry promised to sort it out, contacted his colleague Jamie and copied me in so that I knew what was going on. I recently ordered two bags of sika sand and was told that they would come in separate parcels which I thought would come at the same time from FedEx the next day but no FedEx didn’t come the next day but five days later and only one parcel, the next day I was told by fedex that I would receive my other parcel the next day but no again,they told me the next day that I had refused to accept the delivery because it was damaged but they didn’t even come to my house. The next day I rang SPS and spoke to a lovely lady (Audrey) who immediately sent me a replacement as I had explained what was going on and told her that FedEx were ripping them off for charging them for next day delivery and taking as long as they liked and she confirmed that she would look into this and apologised and said she would send me a replacement the next day and it did thanks again

After being let down by a previous company, I phoned to ask if the items I needed were in stock. After confirming they were I ordered and received them the very next day. Absolutely delighted. Huge pat on the back to you all. Will not hesitate to order from you in the future

Absolutely awesome customer service! When ordering, I expected there to be delays in delivery (due to Covid-19) but called up to ask if there was any way to fast-track. The team said they couldn't promise anything (understandably) but they'd do their best. Low and behold... it arrives the next day!The products we purchased were also very competitively priced compared to all other Sika suppliers.Thank you guys... really appreciated!!
