Quick and helpful, even when i mistook flocked wall paper as artex hybrid came back out to walk around the house with me and put my mind as rest. Customer satisfaction is defiantly high on the priority list and i very much appreciate the extra time given on the back of me just been daft.

I have used Hybrid Environmental Consultants on two separate occasions now to sample/test for asbestos before undertaking home improvement work. Thoroughly pleased with the service received. Excellent communication from start to finish, full explanation, swift organisation, and completion of residential survey and report for a residential property (which is very thorough). I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

My elderly mum had a leak which couldn't be sorted until had an asbestos assessment. Contacted hybrid environmental who's response was immediate which really helped my mum the certificate it's was turned round really quickly too. Very professional manner but also considerate to mums situation. Would definitely recommend

Would 100% recommend this company. Our roof fell in and we discovered what we thought might be asbestos. It was the weekend but we were given an appointment within 24 hours. In the end we sent some WhatsApp pictures and got our answer within the day. Really friendly service too.

They were great! Very personable, considerate, and prompt. I really appreciated their reasonable pricing structure - they charged a much smaller fee for all subsequent samples (I needed 9 at the same location!).
