Everithing was perfect. We booked a one bedroom apartment with a sofa-bed for the children, but they offered us a two bedroom appartment for the same price so we could be more comfortable. The apartment was completely equiped and clean.Fantastic experience.

First red flag, make you book online. Please read the whole review. Especially if you have a family with kids and have some from of sanitary standards like us.This place is gross. The first unit we were given was not the correct type. It was also dirty. And by dirty I mean filthy. Take a look at the pictures. We asked to checkout and get a refund so we could go elsewhere, but they declined. It cost $551.00CDN for one night and when you look at the pictures, you’ll see why that’s inappropriate and unacceptable. They essentially held our money hostage. Think about it. Not refunding our money and we didn’t stay in the unit, nor did we even make the mess. Took pictures, walked back out of the door. 5 minutes in the unit examining all the grossness and wouldn’t give our money back. The second unit, one of the toilets didn’t work. Fridge/freezer stunk. Carpets were stained and gross, and the overall cleanliness was horrible. It’s clear their standards have gone down. I wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid. This part of our vacation was ruined.Wasn’t thrilled about our money being held like that for their shortcomings. I will be disputing this with our credit card company.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the nearest tube. Big spacious apartments with plenty of room for a family of 4. Great base to explore the city and very reasonably priced. Toilet roll a bit rough but you can't have everything!

Pretty good apartment for London and the price was average. We paid £400 for 2 nights (Thursday to Saturday). Has everything you could need but are a bit dated in kitchens and bathrooms but clean. Beds are pretty comfy except sofa bed which was not comfy at all. Would stay again overall again.

Generally not a great experience. If you can book else where, I would suggest you consider not staying here. The mattress was one of the worse mattresses we’ve ever experienced. Thin with springs poking us in the back.We had issues with the service on the first day. We were missing a hair dryer and light bulb. Not a huge deal, but we had to ask several time and it didn’t get fixed until late into the evening. One of the windows didn’t open (it’s been broken since Feburary apparently).Just not worth the price.

We were a family of 6 visiting London in the end of May. The good: locationThe bad:1. Our dishwasher wasn't working for the entire stay. We told the front desk 3 times that dishes come out dirty- no one bothered to fix it or offered compensation2. Our room was cleaned one night before we left-dont understand what's the logic behind that. It was poorly cleaned. They only replaced towels and beddings. No toilet paper restock, no vacuum, no wiping. In one word-bad.3. They don't give you change when you pay for the room even though they ask you to pay cash. That is too beyond my understanding.4. THERE IS NO DRYER IN THE ROOM as promised. When asked reception why the listing says there's a dryer but there's only a washing machine, she said the machine dries the clothes by extracting the water from them So I can hang them. THATS NOT A DRYER!!!!Bad experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Booked 2 rooms to arrive at 20.53 to be told they don't have the rooms. Travelled up from Portsmouth to find this out as communication clearly isn't their strong point.Staff didn't help in the slightest and then told us we got to pay for a taxi to get to another hotel they might have found for us.Good way to promote drink driving!

I stayed at Marlin Apartments London Bridge Empire Square for about a month as I was in London for work. I really enjoyed my stay there and the apartment was very nice and cosy, as well as it being in a safe area. The reception was staffed for 24h so I felt the apartment was very safe with that as well. The apartment was nice and clean, and the cleaning staff came about once a week. You can take out garbage yourself via the garbage chute so that was not a problem. It was easy to order takeout to the apartment, and the location is great with close proximity and walking distance to lots of things to see and do in London. My apartment also had a great view of the Shard. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Marlin Apartments, I read some bad reviews before going there and I do not share their sentiment at all as I was pleased with my stay (and I am a female travelling alone). The only downsides were that there weren't enough kitchen utensils (there wasn't any cutting board, cutting knife, scissors etc) and the cutlery was very scarce (only three forks), the TV remote was also annoyingly slow and the towel rack in the bathroom did not work. But other than that the stay was great and those were minor problems that didn't really make much of a difference. Would stay again if I go to London for work.

If you’re planning to stay there for visit, make sure they don’t ruined your plan by canceling your booking by their side. I booked there and i even gave the location to for my stay in visa forms and submitted to embassy. Then they suddenly cancelled my booking without any notice. They are not trustful and don’t care about their customers satisfaction.

*Rooms were clean and spaceous*Beds were comfortable to sleep in*bathroom was clean and water was super hot*tesco was right underneath the building for supplies*did supply a few amenaties but only coffee* my only down side was the hallway could be very noisy and people could be heard clearly walking and talking up and down the hallway. The room noise from above and below was minimal*location was ideal quick access to tube station
