We have been with TBXH for almost 3 years and are very happy here. The management and all the staff are always very helpful and accommodating. All the small events the team at TBXH put together for everyone in the building makes it feel more like a big family than an office building. Would highly recommend The Business Xchange Hub to anyone looking for an office space.

I have been with TBXH for more than 3 years and exteremly happy with them. The service is amazing and all the staff Jo, Emma, Tegan and Finn are approachable and kind. It feels more like a family than a corporate building.

As the owner of Daniel & Joseph, we've have been using this co-working space for several months now and we absolutely love it! The space is clean, modern, and filled with natural light, which makes for a comfortable and productive work environment. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need.One of the things we appreciate most about this co-working space is the sense of community. There are always other entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners working here, which makes for a great networking opportunity.Overall, we highly recommend this co-working space to anyone looking for a professional and collaborative workspace. The team at The Business Xchange Hub create a community feel for the building, making it more than just a shared work space. They go out of their way to make people feel welcome, and have always been helpful whenever I've needed anything. The basics are well-covered - it's clean and they never fail to keep us well topped up with food and drinks. But they're also always going over and above, planning extra day-brightening things and events for people to look forward to.

My office is based at the Xchange Hub and I have been here since 2018, the management are great and have been very supportive, especially as I was a new start up when I moved in. Always willing to help when I need it and nice to just have a general chat with. The place is clean, tidy, good price and people are friendly. The building has a much less clinical feel than some of the larger shared offices on offer too.

Having an office at The Business Xchange Hub is one of the best decisions I've made. It's 9 floors of buzz and productivity. As serviced office space goes, it's just the best. It has all you'd expect - high quality office spaces, for different size businesses, from 1/2 person offices right through to a whole floor!But more importantly for me, is the community created and the availability of workshop space and meeting rooms. The social elements that are put on by the team are great - there's a networking type breakfast weekly, or an after work gathering in one of the chill-out areas. You can take time out with lunch sitting on one of the bright colourful and cheery areas - some laid out with communal tables, more just set up with couches and comfortable chairs, next to the kitchen facilities.A stone's throw from East Croydon station, and therefore Box Park (lots of food options) and about 5 minutes from West Croydon and all the shops, it's conveniently located for locals and for people coming to visit the office from central London.As a real bonus, there's even organised access to a gym next door, and some of the offices are service providers that mean you can usually get what you need from the people working in the building - that, at the time of writing this, includes beauty treatments and even getting my hair cut!!This is a new level of office provision, not just a hired box ready to be filled, but instead a whole community of perspectives and new connections. Several tiny businesses hire out just a desk space, so there's always newness, and it's a fun to be in space that makes for productivity.I can't recommend Jo and her team more either, they bend over backwards to make sure that everything is taken care of, and are open to suggestions as well as being proactive around connecting people within the building.If you are looking for office space, or even looking to put on events in the Croydon area, I'm saying look no further. It really has been the best (and easiest) yes I've made in my business this year.

I have been an office holder here for just over two years now, and I wouldn't be anywhere else! As well as boasting 9 floors, meeting rooms, post franking, photocopying and printing, fabulous coffee machines, many a cookie jar, a pool table, community lunch table and a fusseball table, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your experience of the hub a great one. They are passionate about creating a great community culture with a weekly drinks night and breakfast morning, as well as fun events throughout the year for people to mix and mingle and get to know each other. They always look out for their office holders, make connections, and introduce people they think would benefit from each other's skills. I am proud to be based at the Business Xchange hub and would recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly office space away from home.

The Staff here are so warm, welcoming & very accommodating. From the Wednesday breakfasts to Thursday evening drinks, it's more like a small community than work offices. My office is well lit, heated and ventilated. The option to personalize my space is a massive bonus. Help is never far off, with Jo & the team helping to boost all tenants individual businesses. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an office space.

We booked the BXH for half day (Aug 27th) for a small lunch for our guests and ourselves following renewal of our wedding vows - Tin Wedding Anniversary. The team were polite, professional and prompt. The lunch was of good quality and nicely presented - labelled and looked like a feast! The space was a modern office with covid-care in place, comfortable with plenty of natural light. It competed well with other private hire, like a function room in a members club or restaurant. The cost was good value and location ideal for East Croydon train station which our guests used. The weather was good and we wanted to recreate our wedding walk, so we walked from St. Mary's Catholic Church to BXH - leisurely & happily - about 12 minutes with our guests. Public paid parking facilities are notified to hirers and is practically opposite BXH. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made our little party most welcome. BXH was suitable; smart, pleasant and affording us privacy for the occasion. Thank you to the team at BXH.
