Yesterday, we travelled 4 hours from the South West to purchase an E-Class Coupe. We arrived an hour early but were met immediately with outstanding customer service. The whole experience of buying the car was relaxing and stress-free. I can't recommend 'The Car Guys' enough!

The lads here display a master class of customer services, especially Hammad who assisted me throughout my journey to find a new top spec car. I was particularly impressed by his depth of knowledge even when I presented him with admittedly niche questions.The after care I received from Hammad was unlike anything I’ve had from other dealers. He made sure the car was perfect before leaving his care and even called to check everything was good a week later.You won’t find a better dealer or customer service elsewhere - I will definitely be back.Thank you Hammad

Bought an A200 about 3 months ago. Amazing customer service from the young man Hammad. He answered all the questions I had and was very helpful. The whole staff was very polite and allowed me to take my time checking as many cars interior and exterior making me feel comfortable. Highly recommend it to everyone.

A lovely gentleman Hammad assisted me through the process, very friendly and polite, took the car for a test drive and the money was in my account in minutes. Terrible service. Unprofessional. Cars been off the road due to many faults on vehicle. No help. Definitely avoid this dealership. Had my car for 9 weeks and still couldn't repair or show any job cards for the work they supposedly carried out. I would warn everyone not to use this dealership as they are as dodgy as they come.

Thought I had found the car I have been looking for. Spoke to THE CAR GUYS on the phone and arranged to view it. Was told the car was in really good condition. The pictures looked good on auto trader. Was told they open at 10am so booked my viewings then.I drove for 3 hours to get there and they turned up 30 minutes late!The car unfortunately was nothing like what he said on the phone. It was all scratched down the passenger side and the front panel on the glass roof was shattered. He barely said a word to me and just shrugged his shoulders.Totally unprofessional, waste of time.

Great bunch of people, huge shout out to Awais who was very knowledgeable and gave me very good advice, he kept in touch for weeks following up to the day I decided to visit them. He valued my part exchange at a very reasonable price and made the transaction process very smooth!
