Popped in shop today and came away super happy. Susie was very helpful and I felt like knew her because of their website. She was very accommodating and helpful. The boots themselves are like walking on comfortable bare, warm feet. They are so nice they are hard to describe. There is so much choice to choose from when you get to the shop. So this won't be my last pair I buy, I'm already saving for my next pair and some for my children. She holds a whole array of colours. If you want uggs and prefer something a bit more original, shop here. Very Happy Customer, Thank you

Absolutely loved my sheepskin boots, really soft and so warm. I have had lots of compliments about them. Susie also went out of her way to help make sure on size and design. Amazing boots and service and I have already ordered sheepskin gloves as well!

Absolutely love my boots from Susie! She was so accommodating when making a pair of custom boots for me, sending me sheepskin colour samples in the post and suggesting different colour ways. I’ve also got a pair of slippers made by Susie again, fully personalised and would recommend everyone buy a pair of Susie’s boots!

I ordered a pair of mule slippers as a Christmas pressie. I left it too late and the delivery date was after Christmas (completely my fault as I didn't check this before!). However, they have been delivered before Christmas! I am over the moon that they are here, and even more delighted with the quality...they are just beautiful! Just absolutely devastated I have to give them as a gift and can't keep them myself!

Delighted with my slippers. I was concerned initially about sizing. Susie put my mind at ease but requesting I send in a footprint on a sheet of A4! She checked for me and my first pair arrived and fitted perfectly. Several years later and I've just ordered my 3rd pair!! Fantastically comfortable.. Particularly now I'm spending more time in them working from home! Also great in the kitchen as their pretty resilient to having things spilt on them and the sole makes it possible to pop out to take out the recycling etc. They make a perfect Christmas gift.. If you can wait that long! A very satisfied customer! :)

I was a difficult customer from the start - wanting colour combinations that weren't in the online shop, for example; Wanting to be absolutely sure that only British skins are used. I had already looked at and dismissed a lot of other designers.Yet Susie accommodated me every step of the way, resulting in the most beautiful slippers I've ever seen in my life, surpassed in their beauty only by their comfort.Every time I'm out, I look forward to stepping back into them as soon as I'm home, and cherish my 'working from home' days where my feet are happy and snuggly all day!Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely be purchasing again for the most wonderful people in my life.

I have wide feet so it was great to be able to get slippers custom made for no extra cost. Excellent quality, very comfortable and warm and a brilliant range of colours. I also bought a sheepskin hat while I was there and am very much looking forward to trying that out in the colder weather. Thanks again.
