It's a very good place to stop on route to south coast busy but comfortable you only get what you want no hard selling and you see some nice moters if you're lucky

I was around Crawley on Friday morning and stopped to grab a drink from M&S. As I was shopping, I approached one of the M&S staff (Maria) for some assistance and she went over and above to assist me. She was lovely and quite cheerful member of staff. Made my day with some banter and wish all other staff would be as helpful as Maria.Wish you all the best and hope you get recognised for your hard work!

My local m and s and absolutely disgusted. Refused service to alcohol even though I had ID because I was with my sister who is underage. That is not the rules. I was purchasing it and I am 30 years old. The refusal isn’t even what I’m most angry about. Fair enough if that is their policy, it was the attitude that came with it from the man. No need for it. Very upset and somewhere that I used almost everyday. I will not be going back again. Such a shame.
