Sarsfield Memorials was the first company I contacted regarding the renewal of my parents headstone. After speaking with Ursula, I knew I need look no further, she was so helpful and professional and was quick to respond to any questions that I had. We were so pleased with the headstone, it was exactly what we asked for and also good value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I highly recommend Sarsfield Memorials. In January I contacted Ursula to discuss replacing my dad’s old headstone. Ursula gave me a great deal of advice and guidance. I am absolutely delighted with the finished memorial stone which has been completed to a very high standard. First week September travelled from Yorkshire to meet with Ursula to discuss a memorial for my parents grave. After looking at various memorials it gave us a good idea what we really wanted. Ursula was most helpful and gave us a lot of guidance. We arrived home to make a decision on which memorial to have. Looking at the brochure that Ursula had given us we decided exactly what we wanted. After this everything was done by email, the efficiency of this company has been unbelievable. Thursday this week we received an email from Ursula to let me know the memorial had been fitted. I was completely overwhelmed for the short time they had taken to complete. We travelled over today to meet with Ursula and to see the memorial, all I can say is it is beautiful and the workmanship impeccable. I cannot recommend Sarsfield Memorials enough the way Ursula has organised everything to perfection and very professional. Everything about Sarsfield Memorials was amazing. From the first home visit with Ursula, to the headstone being put in place. Even with an awkward family member, Ursula was professional, at all times. Then Covid-19, made an appearance and everything was put on hold. Nothing to do with Sarsfield, but the government. Ursula kept in contact, right the way through, advising us and just checking on our well-being at a time, when we needed it most. I needed my dad's headstone cleaning, it hadn't been cleaned in over 59 years.. I contacted Ursula at Sarsfield Memorials to see if that job could be done. Well, the work could be done and has now been completed.I'm delighted with the outcome and can thoroughly recommend Sarsfield Memorials to any one who needs this kind of service.Done to a very high standard, it looks amazing. From when I first contacted Ursula she was amazing, myself and the family didn't know what we wanted for our mum after cremation. I searched in google and found Sarsfield's Memorials. Ursula was great with communication and my brother met her at the cemetery and she showed him around. I am living in Australia and was due to fly home we didn't have much time to do this memorial for our mum. As I was only home for a couple of weeks, but they did an amazing job at getting it all completed while I was visiting Liverpool. We all couldn't of been more happy with the service they provided us.
