We used Tam and the teamAfter deciding against a quick patch up job.Tam undertook extensive lead work, overall roof repairs, refurbishment of the dormer window area and a full chimney rebuild. The quality of the work is easy to see, and we’re delighted we opted for Tam Logan. He kept us up to speed throughout and provided plenty detail and before & after pictures of areas out of sight.Would recommend Tam to anyone needing roof related works.

We had 3 areas on our old slate roof where water was entering and staining the internal walls. Having contacted Logan Roofing, we had a visit and a proper, itemised quote within a couple of days. The work was then carried out very quickly and the quality was second to none. As with all old roofs, further problems were uncovered. Further quotes were given and the work carried out to a very high standard. Unlike many so-called roofing companies Logan were professional, experienced and completed the work in a timely manner. We really cannot recommend Tam and his team more highly.

Tam and the Logan Roofing team provided an excellent service on all fronts. After attempting to patch a leaky 200 year-old roof (and wasting time and money with other cowboy firms I'll not name), we had Tam completely replace the roof and renovate our crumbling chimney stacks.This was a complex job which has very awkward access, involved the installation of a lead rain gate, sourcing of Welsh slate and moulding and casting the chimneys - all done sympathetically and in keeping with the character of our listed building.At all stages Tam was in constant communication (contrary to my usual experience with contractors who you have to chase); his team worked tirelessly in all weather and over weekends; we felt we were in safe, experienced hands. The price was fair and I would unreservedly recommend Logan Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing contractor. If your property is a period building, even more so.

Excellent work done by the team on complete replacement of the zinc and lead around a leaking dormer window. It is now fully water-tight and we are very happy. They did a fantastic job on the repair, replacing slates with like-for-like, very neat work around all the tricky details and it really has retained all its character which was important being in a conservation area. They explained the work involved and at each stage along the way which I found very useful. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them for their professional and quality work.

Logan Roofing fixed two leaks in my roof...one on a flat section, one on a pitched section. Early days but looks like a high quality job. Tam was efficient and easy to communicate with. I would recommend them.

An excellent service all around.We had leaks around the valleys on the gable roof of our 40 year old property. Tam and his team stripped out the valleys, replacing the old damaged lead, tiles and rotten wood. I contacted Tam from Logan Roofing after having very recently had work done to renew the valleys on my roof, unfortunately done by cowboys, who made the problem worse. Tam advised me of what work was needed and his team carried out the work to remedy the problems. Tam also attended to work required on my flat roof.
