He said he's not interested and hung up the phone, very rude and unprofessional.I reached out to you for a quote on a different repair two months ago, just like I did with several other tradesmen. If you provided a quote, it must have slipped my mind, as I considered multiple options for the repair. However, your lack of professionalism during our recent interaction stands on its own merit.Your dismissive response and hanging up the phone without any courtesy or basic manners was inexcusable. Instead of addressing the issue at hand, you choose to deflect attention by bringing up a past incident that I barely even recall. Your attempt to guilt-trip me into feeling thankful or obligated is absurd.The truth is, your business doesn't seem to value customers like myself, who expect a minimum level of respect and professionalism. Your response only further reinforces my initial impression of your unprofessional behavior. I have no interest in supporting a business that treats potential customers with such disregard.If you believe your business is better off without customers like me, then rest assured, I won't be recommending your services to anyone.
