Visited Gaslow Loughborough today to get recertified cylinders and fill hoses.Excellent service by Carl and his team, cannot praise them enough, on the hotest day of the year Carl arranged that air conditioning system was put on in the reception area for our puppy Eddie and he arranged coffee and tea for us.Thank you for your attention to detail on how to look after your customers you deserve all the above 5 stars and more, will recommend you whenever possible.Cannot thank you enough for your level of customer care.

I have used Gaslow for 12 years now. It an excellent system but no where near as good as their staff. Carl in particular, it is seldom in life when you are stuck and reach out for help, do you receive it 10 fold. He, and therefore gaslow, could not have helped me more. I cannot recommend them enough. This is after sales service with a 12 year gap. Amazing. All at a very reasonable and fair price. RobinI reposted this as initially it came from my work account.

Excellent service from these friendly helpful guys. One of the cylinders in my mh had developed a leak from a cracked valve, and they replaced the cylinders and connecting hose with more up to date versions quickly with no hassle and at a very reasonable price, including refill. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Looking forward to more happy years of warm travel now! Thanks so much.

It started at the NEC last year when we received great advice & knowledge from Gaslow and we had it added to our vehicle order straight away. Some 5 months with Crofty" this year and it's been excellent but then we had a problem turning the gas on - spoke with Carl in Loughborough who was kind (& patient) enough to guide me - a newbie - through a fix for the problem.Never underestimate the value of quality customer service and technical support!"

Called in to Gaslow to discuss the use of their system whilst touring Morocco and also a Gaslow bottle which was venting a small amount of gas (perfectly normal as it turns out!). We learnt more in 20 minutes chat with a very helpful chap (Karl I think?), than in two years of living with the system in our van!! He thoroughly put our minds at ease and, to top it all, gave us the attachment we needed for Morocco, free of charge. Absolutely outstanding customer service!! Thank you!

I can’t recommend this company enough. I had to call them as I required a spare part for my Gaslow system in my motorhome. The guy at customer services was super friendly and helpful.He quickly got my order processed and within less than 24 hours it had been delivered. It’s a five star review from me.

Recent visit (pre-booked) to the Loughborough HQ to have our 10 year old Gaslow cylinders and associated hoses replaced. Excellent service - professional and polite. Highly recommended.
