Iyengar Yoga with Lindsay Barchan : Lewes, UK

I joined Lindsay's class on zoom and during the second lockdown. Lindsay, really makes you feel welcome and included. She is very professional and helpful (in her ability to access the necessary equipment and for any other personal needs). She is calm and gives really clear instructions and ensures every class member can follow each pose to their ability. I have definitely benefited from attending her class and look forward to partaking in each session.

Lindsay's Iyengar yoga classes are always a refreshing and an uplifting experience! I've been lucky enough to take part in her in-person classes when she was based in London and now she has relocated to Lewes I do her classes online. Both are fantastic. On completing her online sessions I feel happier, more positive and much more connected. A wonderful experience and superb result from practising for one hour! Lindsay is a true professional who I would strongly recommend.
