Put in a call to this guy as he was local and independent. Turned out to be a perfect choice.Our 5 lever Chubb lock would not not open but it was not an emergency - thankfully - as I have had to pay astronomical prices to get tenant's locks urgently sorted in the past.Mark sorted the problem and replaced parts in the lock at a fraction of the price of a replacement lock. He even adjusted the position of the striker plate and the lock has never worked as smoothly as this in the 20+ years we have been in the house.Great job at a very reasonable price.

Well pleased with the job key stuck in the barrel new barrel also fixed the sloppy handle. Mark was very pleasant explained why the key was stuck. Xlnt service would recommend cheers

Came recommend by a work college and must say the gentleman that served us was very professional and did a great job. Better prices compared to other places I have been too in the past.Wasn't really pleased by the lady there as she was some what rude to my partner but all in all best place to get your keys done in Coventry.

Made a phone query about a car key fob problem, call answered by a lady who then passed me to an ignorant discourteous male who was not prepared to hear what I had to say, but went into a garbled rant about wasting his time on such mattersmany times in the past.Such is how my judgement was formed.
